St Jude's CoE Primary

Ms Sian Hinton EYFS - currently on maternity leave

What is your educational background?

I went to the Cardiff Metropolitan University and studied Business Management. Once I left I knew I wanted to become a teacher so I gained experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school in Southwark and then
did my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Early Years at Goldsmiths University in New Cross.

What skills and talents do you bring to St Jude's?
I grew up surrounded by music and dancing and it is something I love incorporating into our days in school. You will often find Elm class singing their favourite songs or dancing to our own music.

When you're not at school, what do you enjoy doing?
Outside of school I love spending time with my family and in particular my young daughter. We go on lots of outings around London, in particular to the amazing museums, the lovely green parks and lots of tasty restaurants.
When I get a minute to myself I love nothing more than sitting down with a good book!
